德泰克钻井装备有限公司主要从事海洋和陆地的防喷器和分流器系列产品的研制和生产。
海洋产品是与美国TSC海洋石油装备公司合作开发的，并通过了美国ABS专业机构的图纸和强度计算审核及RAFFLES船厂和ABS船级社的出厂验收。
已生产的防喷器系列产品的~~压力工作等级为15000psi，试验压力为22500psi,~~通径为21 1/4''。无论是压力等级还是公称通径都属于API spec 16A标准中等级较高的规格，世界范围内也仅有少数几家企业具有这种高压力等级和大通径防喷器的设计、生产和测试能力；并且我公司生产的防喷器可以配备高技术含量的剪切闸板和变径闸板，以适应多种钻井工况的需要，能为用户节约大量的采购成本。
研制生产的海洋专用分流器其~~名义通径为49 1/2''，可密封钻杆和套管的范围为5''-20''，~~压力工作等级为500psi,这种大通径和密封5''-20''大范围的分流器是目前国内唯一一家拥有该项新技术的企业，世界范围内也仅有2家.
Drilltech Manufacturing co., ltd. is specialized in the development and manufacture of the BOP(Blowout Preventer stack) and diverters for offshore and onshore drilling perations. Moreover ,it is a designated factory of CNPC for high standard camps-Wc,oil and water tank,centrifuge, shear pumps,shale shaker,sand pump as the accessories of exported drilling rig. Our factory is located in Cangzhou City,Hebei Province.It is next to Huanghua Harbor and new Tianjin harbor,Beijing and Tianjin are to its north.Jinghu railways as well as Jingfu and Shihuang highways pass through the city,so it has a supreme transportation facilities.
We has a cooperation in the development of offshore production with TSC offshore group,USA.The drawings and strenth calculations of production have been audited by ABS and pass FAT(Factory Acceptance Test) under supervition with RAFFLES shipyard and ABS.
Drilltech Manufacturing co., ltd. have produced BOP serials with 15,000psi maximum working pressure,22,500psi testing pressure and 21 1/4'' norminal diameter which are higher grade among API Spec 16A.There are only three manufatutres have the capacity in designing,producing and testing in the world.our products can be equipped with high-tech variable bore ram(VBR) and shear ram in order to suit for many kinds of drilling technology and reducing the purchasing cost.
The diverter with a maximum nominal diameter of 49 1/2'' and maximum working pressure of 500psi has been designed and produced which can seal range of 5''-20'' with drilling pipe and casting,just such items of variable bore diverter makes the company become unique in china and the second of the world hold the new technology.
Our products are distributed in all the oilfields of Petro China,Sinopecand Offshore oil company in china Each year,about half of them are exported to Sudan,Algeria,Egypt in the Commonwealth of Independent States;Burma,Iran,Indonesia in South Asia;Venezuela in South America;Our products are highly praised by oil field customers.
